If you are a non-resident of Russia
you need your identity card (passport) to rent or buy real estate in Russia . It should be translated into Russian and notified by the notary. If you are married please bring your spouse’s agreement for you to dispose of joint property.
If you are a representative of a foreign company
you need documents confirming your legal existence: extract from the company register, articles, letter about the person who is authorized to sign on behalf of the company. If your company articles imply other documents you should present them.
